Encrypted Layer

Security before scale.

Encrypted Layer is built around transparent execution, wallet-aware safety, and responsible release practices.

No seed phrase collection. User-controlled execution. Wallet approval before supported actions.

Security architecture.

The system is framed around explicit boundaries so product, docs, support, and security reviews describe the same model.

Identity boundary

Users connect through external wallet surfaces. Encrypted Layer does not ask for seed phrases.

Preview boundary

Before supported execution, users should see destination, network, fees, and route assumptions.

Risk boundary

Token scans and risk signals are informational context, not guarantees of safety.

Approval boundary

The user's wallet remains the final approval surface for supported onchain actions.

Protection model.

The product model keeps approval and custody with the user while improving review clarity before execution.

No seed phrase collection

Encrypted Layer and Ghost OS will never ask users to enter a seed phrase.

External wallet approval model

Users approve supported actions from their own wallet before execution.

Transaction previews

Actions are structured into clear previews before wallet confirmation.

Token risk signals

Token scans provide informational context and risk indicators.

Transparent fee disclosure

Execution fees, when applicable, are displayed before confirmation.

Security review process

Security reviews, disclosures, and updates are handled through official Encrypted Layer channels.

No Seed Phrase Policy

Encrypted Layer and Ghost OS will never ask users to enter a seed phrase. Users should never share seed phrases with any website, app, support account, or team member.

External Wallet Model

External wallet users approve transactions from their own wallet. User funds remain in user-controlled wallets, and users should verify destination addresses and contract addresses.

Token Risk Signals

Token scans are informational and should not be treated as guarantees. Users should independently verify assets before interacting.

Security Reviews

Encrypted Layer maintains a responsible security review process and publishes official security updates through its public channels.
